Where do charters depart from?
Charters departing from Bali leave from Serangan Harbour.
Departures can also be arranged from Nusa Lembongan depending on your plans and location.
We’ll confirm the most suitable departure point when planning your charter.
Can we customise our charter?
Yes. All charters are designed around your time, your route and how you want to spend your day.
From destinations to timing and optional additions, everything can be tailored to you.
What is included in a charter?
Each charter includes an experienced captain and crew, fuel for standard routes, drinking water and light refreshments, snorkelling equipment, towels and a sound system on board.
Inclusions may vary depending on your charter. We’ll confirm everything with you when planning your day.
Do you offer transfers between Bali and the islands?
Yes. We offer private transfers between Bali,
Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida and surrounding destinations.
Transfers can also be combined with a longer charter.
Do you offer food and beverages?
Food and beverage packages can be arranged on request. Let us know what you’re after and we’ll tailor options to suit your day.
Do you offer surf trips?
Yes. We can incorporate surf stops into your charter, depending on location and conditions.
Is fishing available?
Fishing is not offered on Kalm Charters.
Our focus is on private, considered experiences on the water.
Can we host a party onboard?
While we welcome birthdays, celebrations and special occasions, Kalm Charters is designed for relaxed, premium experiences on the water and is not intended as a party boat.
What happens if the weather is not suitable?
Charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. If conditions are not suitable, we will work with you to adjust your plans or reschedule your charter where possible.
How do I book?
You can enquire through our website or contact us directly via the phone and email provided. We’ll guide you through availability, options and planning your charter.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring in advance where possible, particularly during peak periods. We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your charter may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to confirmation.
Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days prior may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future charter.
As charters are privately reserved and prepared in advance, cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
We will always aim to be as flexible as possible where circumstances allow.
