Your safety and experience on the water are our priority. If conditions are not suitable, we may adjust your plans, departure time or destination, or reschedule your charter where possible.

Conditions can vary throughout the year and between locations. We will guide you on the best timing and options when planning your charter.

The captain has final authority over decisions relating to safety and operating conditions.

If weather or sea conditions prevent your charter from proceeding safely, we'll offer an alternative date where possible. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.
