By confirming a charter with Kalm Charters, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payment‍ ‍

Full payment is required 14 days before the scheduled charter. For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

An invoice will be provided with payment options via bank transfer or credit card through a secure payment link.

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kalm Charters.

Cancellations‍ ‍

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled charter are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled charter are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Kalm Charters.

Travel Arrangements & Insurance

Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.

Cancellations due to illness, missed flights, travel disruptions or other personal circumstances are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

We recommend guests arrange suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to their plans.

Weather & Conditions‍ ‍

All charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. Kalm Charters may adjust departure times, routes or destinations where necessary.

The captain has final authority over decisions relating to safety and operating conditions.

If Kalm Charters is unable to operate the charter safely, an alternative date will be offered where possible. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.

Charter Changes‍ ‍

Routes, destinations and timing may be adjusted based on weather and sea conditions, guest preferences and operational requirements.

Guest-requested changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Kalm Charters.

Safety & Responsibility‍ ‍

Guests are required to follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew. Participation in water-based activities is at your own discretion and risk.

Liability‍ ‍

Kalm Charters is not responsible for loss, damage or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, sea conditions or unforeseen events, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Inclusions & Additional Costs‍ ‍

Standard inclusions will be confirmed prior to your charter. Additional services or requests may incur extra costs, which will be communicated in advance.
