By confirming a charter with Kalm Charters, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payment‍ ‍

Charters are confirmed upon acceptance and may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the booking. Final details will be confirmed prior to your charter.

Cancellations‍ ‍

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled charter may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to confirmation.

Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days prior may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future charter, at the discretion of Kalm Charters.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled charter, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Any refunds or credits are subject to the ability to rebook the charter.

Weather & Conditions‍ ‍

Charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. If conditions are not suitable, we may adjust your plans, departure time or destination, or reschedule your charter where possible. Final decisions regarding safety and conditions remain at the discretion of the captain.

Charter Changes‍ ‍

Charters are designed to be flexible. Routes, destinations and timing may be adjusted based on conditions, guest preferences and operational considerations.

Safety & Responsibility‍ ‍

Guests are required to follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew. Participation in water-based activities is at your own discretion and risk.

Liability‍ ‍

Kalm Charters is not liable for loss, damage, injury or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, sea conditions or other unforeseen events.

Inclusions & Additional Costs‍ ‍

Standard inclusions will be confirmed prior to your charter. Additional services or requests may incur extra costs, which will be communicated in advance.
